NO. 11584 i 418 MATTHEW PLAZA LODI, CALIFORNIA 95240 PHONE: (209) 368-4159 The purpose of this addendum is to provide additional information to my Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the Belle B. Soares property at 16147 West Bethany Road, Tracy, California 95376 - 7313, dated May 6, 2002, PA-03-315 (MS), APN: 209-310-30. The need for this additional information originated with Mr. Justin Hess', San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department Representative's, letter dated July 29, 2003, which stated that the above-mentioned contamination report was deemed unacceptable. Upon being informed of this letter, I contacted Mr. Mike Huggins, San Joaquin County Environmental Department Representative by phone to learn in what areas my Contamination Report was deficient. He researched the County's files and informed me that there were two areas of concern that needed to be included in an addendum and submitted to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. The two areas of concern that need to be confirmed in this addendum are that (1)--$ere have been no changes in land use, crops grown, etc. in the last year and.a half and (2) to identify the Soares family members mentioned in the � contamination report and to mention the date that the discussions with them occurred. This information is as follows: i Maintenance Of the Same Land Use Cro s Grown and etc.: On September 10, 2003, 1 revisited the subject property and compared what I viewed in the field with the photographs I had taken about a year and a half ago and had included in my contamination report. My field observations and photograph comparisons revealed that in the last year and a half alfalfa is still the agricultural crop being grown and that there have been no changes or alterations in the houses, pump house, storage barn and the pole barn, which abuts the north boundary of Bethany road and parallels West Bethany Road in an east-west direction. Also there was no apparent change in the property irrigation system. The only change noted was that baled hay has been added to the farm equipment and vehicles that are being stored in the pole barn. i Soares Family Member Identities and the Date of Discussion With Them: The last paragraph of Page 1 of my contamination report mentions discussions with r the Soares Family.
