A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water <br /> treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 is <br /> required for each percolation hole. <br /> b. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.3) <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemicals dibromochloropropane <br /> i (DBCP) and nitrates prior to approval of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a.
