{ <br /> t The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site waste water <br /> treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 is <br /> required for each percolation hole. <br /> b. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4) <br /> C. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.3) <br /> d. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemicals dibromochloropropane <br /> i (DBCP) and nitrates prior to approval of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify,and hold harmless the local agency or its agents,officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> San Joaquin County SU-96-1/Trager <br /> Community Development Page 9 <br />
