Dear Mr. Case: <br /> This resents report the results p p is of our septic system suitability study performed for the proposed <br /> parcels lit of the property Ylocated at 33840 South Bevis Road in San Joaquin Count <br /> Y, <br /> California. A site plan showing the approximate location of the property is included as Plate 1. <br /> A preliminary plan provided to our firm indicates that the property will include four parcels. <br /> The parcels vary from approximately 42-112 to 100 acres in size. For the purpose of our study, <br /> we have assumed that construction will be limited to one single-family residence and one septic <br /> system per parcel. Additional details of the project are not known to our firm at this time. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as described in Section 9-1105.2(d) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title. Our scope of services was outlined in our proposal <br /> dated January 10, 1997, and our services were initiated based on your written authorization of <br /> January 13, 1997. The items listed under Section 9-1105.2(d) of the above title area listed <br /> below, along with our responses. <br /> Items d-1 and d-4• <br /> "The intensity and extent of the existing and the proposed development project's use of septic <br /> tanks within and around the area;" (d.1). "The history of past uses in the project area to assess <br /> potential problems;" (d-4): <br /> Ik Reference is made to Plate 1 of this report which shows the location of the subject <br /> property. At the time of our field explorations, the majority of the property contained <br /> hay crops. The surrounding area contained predominately orchards, row crops, and <br /> pasture.
