Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and parishioners' use, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)).
