Bird Road <br /> Tracy, San Joaquin County, California <br /> Terracon Project No. NA177012 <br /> Dear Mr. Moeller: <br /> Per your request, Terracon Consultants, Inc. (Terracon) is pleased to provide percolation test <br /> results for a tentative parcel division for the subject property. As requested, this percolation test <br /> will serve as an addendum to the Soil Suitability study prepared by Neil O. Anderson & Associates, <br /> Inc (NOA) dated November 30, 2007 (Project Number: E07183A). NOA was acquired by Terracon <br /> in 2014. <br /> We understand the site consists of an approximately 43 acre parcel (APN 250-100-03) improved with <br /> the Shimmick Construction yard, residence, associated shops, utilities, retention pond, and vacant <br /> land. Per an interview with Mr. Keith Wood, owner representative, we understand the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is requiring a percolation test for a tentative parcel <br /> division. Mr. Wood indicated the site is proposed to be divided from the existing residence and <br /> garage (23751 S. Bird Road), Shimmick Construction car shop (23623 S. Bird Road), the storm <br /> water retention basin located at the southeastern portion of the site, and the vacant agricultural land <br /> located on the southern portion of the site. Mr. Wood indicated the site will consist primarily of the <br /> northern portion of the parcel and is being developed with a new storm water retention basin at the <br /> southwestern comer of the site. <br /> Percolation Test <br /> The site is depicted on the Geologic Map of California 2010, as within generalized quaternary <br /> Pleistocene and Holocene deposits which are comprised primarily of alluvium, lake, playa, and <br /> terrace deposits; unconsolidated and semi-consolidated.
