Bird Road Facility Page 12 of 13
Project Number: E07183A
November 30, 2007
II.4.2 Methods of Mitigation
Because of the favorable result of the nitrate loading calculation, no mitigation measures are
warranted.
II.5 Conclusions and Recommendations
In summary, percolation rates that meet the minimum EHD standards were achieved in the
proposed septic disposal areas of each of the proposed parcels. Our office concludes that the
Site is suitable for development with the use of a standard septic system. All septic system
construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal Standards
where applicable.
A groundwater boring was drilled by our office on March 8, 2007; ground water was
encountered at approximately 14.5 feet below ground surface. The on-site water well was
— tested for nitrate and DBCP. The results of these tests are forthcoming.
III. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed
in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This warranty is in
lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and statements of
professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied.
r
r
r
r
v
902 Industrial Way•Lodi,CA 95240•209.367.3701 •Fax 209.369.4228 ©2007 Neil O.Anderson&Associates,Inc
