Bird Rd., Tracy <br /> Service Request SR0078011. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed your <br /> Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading study report dated July 13, 2017, and has found it meets the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County and Code Title 9, section 9-1105.2 (d). <br /> SPECIAL COMMENTS: <br /> The results of the Nitrate Loading Study indicate the proposed Onsite Wastewater Treatment System <br /> (OWTS) has the potential to impact groundwater above the maximum contaminant level of 10 mg/L. <br /> The report proposes an Alternative/Engineer Designer OWTS as a means to mitigate this <br /> groundwater quality impact. In order to monitor the effectiveness of the proposed mitigation and <br /> pursuant to San Joaquin County OWTS Standards, Section 2.10, an annual permit and sampling of <br /> the onsite water well by a certified laboratory to the EHD by December 31St of each year.
