The test was performed <br /> in accordance with the percolation test procedure outlined in the <br /> "Manual of Septic Tank Practice" published by the U.S. Department of <br /> Health, Education and Welfare, and per requirements of the San Joaquin <br /> Health Department. <br /> Engineer' s Certificate: <br /> The first Percolation Test Report dated January 24, 1990, showed a <br /> percolation rate of 120 minutes per inch. Another percolation test hole <br /> located oil Parcel "A"" was selected on June 25, 1990. The following is the <br /> result of this test. <br /> On June 25 and 26, 1990, one percolation test was performed on the <br /> above property by me in conformance with San Joaquin Ordinance No. 549. <br /> The approximate location of the percolation hole is shown on the attached <br /> Parcel map. <br /> A percolation rate of 48 minutes per inch is the result of the test <br /> and a 12,000 Sq.
