S. Department of Health, Education and <br /> Welfare, and )Pr requirements of the San Joaquin Health <br /> Denartment. <br /> Eng?ineers ' s Certificate: <br /> On January 22 and 23, 1990, one percolation test was <br /> Performed on the above property by me in conformance with <br /> San Joaquin Ordinance No. 549.
