Surface&Subsurface Contamination Report Page 12 <br /> Sandbu Farms <br /> Project No. 655.1 <br /> August 15, 2012 <br /> Federal Wetlands <br /> Based on information on the map in the EDR report (Appendix D) the Property <br /> does not include lands recognized in the federal wetlands inventory, although <br /> lands further east adjacent along the river do include federal wetlands. <br /> Radon <br /> Soil testing by EPA and California Department of Toxic Substance Control show <br /> that naturally occurring radon does not pose a material health risk in the <br /> Central Valley. <br /> 2.3 Past and Present Land Use of Property <br /> Current <br /> The Property is in agricultural use. Since 2008, the land has been primarily in <br /> use to raise almond trees. <br /> Prior <br /> The Property has historically been in use as agricultural land since before 1937. <br /> These uses have included raising row and grain crops and as pasture land.
