No <br /> permits were found. <br /> f <br /> Existing Use: There is a new home being constructed on Parcel No. 1. There <br /> is a mobile home and a mobile office on Parcel No. 2. The <br /> mobile office has no restroom facilities. <br /> 4n July 2, 3, 2001 two percolation tests and a soil profile were <br /> j preformed by me in conformance with the percolation tests <br /> procedures outlined in the "Manuel Septic Tank Practice", <br /> published by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and <br /> Welfare and per requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Local Health District.
