DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> C. Blewett Road shall be reconstructed in conformance with the standards for a 50-foot- <br /> wide right-of-way rural road from Bird Road to the north main entrance. Bird Road <br /> shall be reconstructed in conformance with the standards for a 60-foot-wide right-0f--way <br /> rural road from the west main entrance to Blewett Road and for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way <br /> rural road from Blewett road to State Route 132. Improvement Plans and Specifications shall be <br /> prepared by a registered Civil Engineer and submitted to the Department of Public Works for <br /> approval. Phasing of pavement section and widening will be allowed as approved by the <br /> Department of Public Works. A Traffic Index of 8.5 for inbound and 10.5 for outbound lanes <br /> shall be used for initial road design purposes and shall be upgraded to an ultimate Traffic Index <br /> of 9.5 for inbound and 11.5 for outbound lanes as approved by the Department of Public Works <br /> and as designated by the Road Maintenance Agreement required by Condition No. 21 <br /> REVISED CONDITION 2.C. <br /> 2. If the main plant entrance will be on Blcwett Road than Blewett Road shall be reconstructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural road from the north main <br /> entrance to Bird Road. If the main plant entrance is on Bird Road than Bird Road shall be <br /> reconstructed in conformance with the standards for a 50-foot-wide right-of-way rural Road from <br /> the west main entrance to BIewett Road.
