A copy oftbc annual report shall be submitted to the Development <br /> Services Division and affected property owners. The number and location of Monitoring <br /> welts shall be determined by the Environmental health DrrpartrtteM provided there shall be a <br /> minimum of ten rnanitoring wells for Foundwater levels and Eve monitoring wells for crater <br /> quality(taro shall be up-gradient from the project site,two sball be down-gradient frosty the <br /> pn&ct situ,and one shalt be an the site'). <br /> 2) In the event the applicant is imable to obtain or retain the required water wells fbr water <br /> quality testing,the applicant shall procure neve wells for monitorring purposes at locations <br /> acceptable to the Envimnrncntal Health DepartrnenL The wells to be tested for grouruiwater <br /> gnalirty shall,at a minimum,be tasted for general minerals and n prates. In addition,tested <br /> wells that are used for:domestic purposes shall also be tester}for bacteria. The applicant shall <br /> pay a$450.00 fee to the Fimironmental Health Department tri cover the cost of reviewing the <br /> annual water quality repos.
