The reclamation of each phase shall be completed, in conformance with the reclamation plan, <br /> within 2 years of completion of the extraction portion of that phase. <br /> This requirement will be met - See Reclamation Plan. <br /> Ell; <br /> Land that will not be under excavation will remain under agricultural cultivation or grazing. At <br /> the completion of the last phase (phase IV) the additional requirement will be the removal of <br /> the equipment and structures. <br /> 15. Protective vegetative planting is required, where it is necessary to control erosion or for the <br /> retention of scenic values. <br /> Site will remain in agricultural use. Slopes will be seeded with erosion control grasses. <br /> k <br /> 16. The applicant must pay a fee to the County to cover the cost of an annual inspection of the <br /> excavation to assure compliance with the provisions of the permit. <br /> Applicant has and will comply. <br /> 17. Landscaping may be required to screen the excavation from adjacent areas.
