Planning Title Requirements , Items 1-16 . I . Final elevations within 25 feet of any property boundary must be equal to or greater than the abutting property unless the elevation prior to excavation is less than that of the abutting property, in which case, the differential shall not be increased. Final elevations will comply. 2 . Final slopes cannot exceed 1-1/2 feet horizontal to 1 foot vertical . Final slopes will be 2 :1 . 3 . All water utilized in the plant operation must be disposed of behind a closed dike. Plant design and operation will comply. 4 . Stockpiled soil or material cannot be stored within 25 feet of a Pro . property boundary. Stockpiled soil will comply. 5 . Private roads involved in the excavation must be maintained so as to control the creation of dust. The first 100 feet of any private road on the property which intersects with a publicly maintained road must be surfaced in a manner approved by the agency responsible for the maintenance of the public road. Traffic control and warning signs are required at the intersection. The placement size and wording of these signs must be approved by the agency responsible for the maintenance of the public road. Private roads involved in the excavation will comply. The first 100 feet of roadway is already paved. 6 . Excavation operations shall not be carried on during the hours from nine (9 ) p.m. through five (5) a.m. , except during periods of declared national, state or local emergency. Applicant will comply. 7 . Any night lighting established on the property must be arranged and controlled so as not to illuminate or cause any glare onto public rights-of-way or adjacent properties . Night lighting will comply. 8 . All emissions are subject to the rules and regulations of the San Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District. Applicant is operating under district permits . No significant changes are anticipated as a result of this application. {
