Planning Title Requirements , Items 1-16 . <br /> I . Final elevations within 25 feet of any property boundary must be <br /> equal to or greater than the abutting property unless the elevation <br /> prior to excavation is less than that of the abutting property, in <br /> which case, the differential shall not be increased. <br /> Final elevations will comply. <br /> 2 . Final slopes cannot exceed 1-1/2 feet horizontal to 1 foot vertical . <br /> Final slopes will be 2 :1 . <br /> 3 . All water utilized in the plant operation must be disposed of behind <br /> a closed dike. <br /> Plant design and operation will comply. <br /> 4 . Stockpiled soil or material cannot be stored within 25 feet of a <br /> Pro . <br /> property boundary. <br /> Stockpiled soil will comply. <br /> 5 . Private roads involved in the excavation must be maintained so as to <br /> control the creation of dust. The first 100 feet of any private <br /> road on the property which intersects with a publicly maintained <br /> road must be surfaced in a manner approved by the agency responsible <br /> for the maintenance of the public road. Traffic control and warning <br /> signs are required at the intersection. The placement size and <br /> wording of these signs must be approved by the agency responsible <br /> for the maintenance of the public road. <br /> Private roads involved in the excavation will comply. The first 100 <br /> feet of roadway is already paved. <br /> 6 . Excavation operations shall not be carried on during the hours from <br /> nine (9 ) p.m. through five (5) a.m. , except during periods of <br /> declared national, state or local emergency. <br /> Applicant will comply. <br /> 7 . Any night lighting established on the property must be arranged and <br /> controlled so as not to illuminate or cause any glare onto public <br /> rights-of-way or adjacent properties . <br /> Night lighting will comply. <br /> 8 . All emissions are subject to the rules and regulations of the San <br /> Joaquin County Air Pollution Control District. <br /> Applicant is operating under district permits . No significant changes <br /> are anticipated as a result of this application. <br />{ <br />
