CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-02-596 <br /> Pham <br /> k Deviation Application No. PA-02-596 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on January 29, 2003. The effective date of approval is February 8 2003. <br /> This approval will expire on August 9, 2004,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed <br /> with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specked, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
