Make checks payable to the San <br /> Joaquin County Treasurer. <br /> Seven(T)copies of the completed application information forms(attached)which all owners must sign. <br /> + RECLAMATION Seven (7)copies of a written Reclamation Plan. <br /> PLAN <br /> + RECLAMATION One(1)reproducible copy and ten(10)copies of a reclamation site plan(example attached)and two(2) <br /> SITE PLAN copies of a legible 8 W x I V site plan. The site plan must be prepared and certified by a registered civil <br /> engineer,licensed land surveyor,or soils engineer. <br /> HAZARDOUS One copy of a completed Hazardous Materials Disclosure Survey form (a copy of the form is attached). <br /> MATERIALS <br /> DEED One copy of the recorded deed(s)or short form lease for the property. <br /> .4 APPLICATION Staff will check your application_ If anything is missing,you will be notified in writing. our application <br /> COMPLETE cannot beprocessed-until it complete.) <br /> STEP 3 APPLICATION PROCESSING <br /> PREAPPLICATION A preapplication conference may be required depending on the size,location and complexity of your <br /> CONFERENCE project_ Check with the staff to see if a preapplication conference will be required prior to submitting a full <br /> application. <br /> CEQA The County will decide if the proposal will have an adverse effect on the environment. If there are no <br /> adverse effects,the application will be processed. if there.are potential adverse effects,further.- <br /> , environmental review will be required. Projects that have the potential to adversely affect the environment <br /> will require the preparation of an E.I.R. This may extend the processing time. <br /> REFERRALS Staff will refer the application to any County departments,other agencies and surrounding property owners <br /> AND ACTION affected by your proposal. At the end of a review and comment period a staff report will be prepared and <br /> the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing. If the Commission can make the required findings,the <br /> application will be approved. <br /> FINAL ACTION The action of the Commission is final unless it is appealed to the Board of Supervisors. For further <br /> information on the length of the appeal period,contact the staff. <br /> STEP 4 CONDITIONS AND,ADDITIONAL PERMITS <br /> I0 CONDITIONS The staff will send you the final action. If the application is approved,this notice will list conditions,by <br /> department,that must be met before you can start your project. <br /> IMPROVEMENT In addition to the Reclamation Site Plan,an Improvement Plan will be required as a condition of approval. <br /> This is an engineered plan showing drainage,grading,frontage improvements, access,on-and off-site <br /> service and utility facilities,landscaping and circulation/parking details. It <br /> DRIVEWAY Driveway Permits must be acquired from the Public Works Department for any work performed within <br /> i PERMITS the road right of way. If the project fronts on a state highway these permits are obtained from Caltrans. <br /> + SANITATION& Projects that will utilize new on-site sanitation disposal and/or on-site wells, must get permits from the <br /> WELL PERMITS Environmental Health Division. <br /> BUILDING PERMITS If the project involves construction a building permit must be approved prior to commencement of work. <br /> OTHER Frequently other local,state and/or federal agencies will require permits prior to new uses being <br /> PERMITS established(e.g. State Division of Mines and Geology,Air Pollution Control District, Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board or the SherifFs Office).
