CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1600030 (LA) <br /> SILVERIAIMICHAEL FARLEY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment application no. PA-1600030 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on March 28, 2016, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on September 27, 2017, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors' Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Rick Griffin, [209]468-3154) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated February 12, 2016. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment'shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff contact: Alex Chetley, [209] 468-3000; see memo dated <br /> February 23, 2016) <br /> NOTE: Access to Parcel 3 is not created by this Lot Line Adjustment.
