Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> F <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees and <br /> patrons the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> F <br /> b. The required Ordinance repair for your commercial septic system upon failure will be: <br /> S 1. 2000 gallon septic tank installed in series with existing tank. <br /> 2. 550' of leach line or equivalent system. <br /> Septic repair must maintain 100' from exising well and well may have to be relocated <br /> as dicussed in Development Commitee Meeting. <br /> C. Reguse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and tranposrted <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> i <br /> d. A yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> G Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> Y <br /> / e, Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. The well will be <br /> required to meet the following prior to occupancy: <br /> a <br /> 1.
