Bowman Road, French Camp <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of employees and <br /> patrons the sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will <br /> be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. • This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only and cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines. <br /> f <br /> I <br /> b. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported <br /> to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887,-Section <br /> 5-2400. <br /> C. A yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions of Title 22, CCR, <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Division and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100. <br /> d. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required. The well will be <br /> required to meet the following prior to occupancy: <br /> 1. Water quality tested to meet Title 22, CCR Safe Drinking Water Act <br /> requirements. <br /> 2. Water quantity tested to show an adequate source. <br /> 3. <br /> k <br /> e. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health ! <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1852, Section 5-4100) as follows: Raise well i <br /> casing 12 inches above ground level. <br /> ! <br /> f.
