This is already a problem as he has several downspouts =- <br /> from the brick building and a drain pipe which allows water run-off to. fall -- ; <br /> on my property. amp= iM <br /> Mr. Silveria has operated his business as a banquet hall since I have been <br /> here. It appears that he has added a kitchen and from what I have seen it <br /> does not meet the fire safety code. <br /> Mr. Silveria is required to have a 20' fire lane on the South Side of his Y <br /> building. If he is required to have a fire lane he should first remove the <br /> loading dock, all trees and other obstructions against his building in <br /> order to satisfy that requirement. Instead he is trying to build on the t <br /> S <br /> 10' space between his brick building and the property line and then to <br /> encroach on my property. He is trying to use the easement to satisfy that j <br /> requirement and I object. <br /> It is - my understanding that- he is operating a business'-in a.-building-: that. may ... <br /> have been condemned or is not up to code, that he. does not have a business <br /> license, and that he does not have a license issued by the Alcoholic Beverage i <br /> Control . I strongly object to this.
