Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter of <br /> approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Title Section 10100) on both parcels. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> run by a State-approved lab (Planning Title Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. On parcel #2 construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (Ordinance <br /> Code Section 5-3003). <br /> d. On parcel #2, construction of an individual domestic water well under a well permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health care Services 10 <br />
