Bowman Road, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-11052 (d)). A review fee of$196.00 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> NOTE: On August 1, 2008, the review fee will increase to $210.00. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 Per Percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: On August 1, 2008, the permit fee will increase to$105.00 per percolation hole. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> f Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Prior to issuance of a building permit for a residence on the remainder parcel, a Soil Suitability <br /> Study shall be performed, submitted to and approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A review fee of$196.00 is due at the time of submittal. <br /> NOTE: On August 1, 2008, the review fee will increase to$210.00. <br /> D.
