The purpose of removing this soil is to level the existing farmland to improve the on-site <br /> drainage. Currently,the slope of the land causes irrigation water to run toward the west side of the property. <br /> The applicant would like to alter the slope of these parcels to allow the water to permeate evenly throughout <br /> the property and enhance the site's irrigation.
