§ 5.2 The Appendices, found in Section 7 incorporate all of the applicable information referenced <br /> in this Report. <br /> § 5.3 See Page 8 for signature and stamp. <br /> § 5.4 Mr. Tony Noceti is currently in the process of submitting the Tentative Map and land use <br /> application. He was directed by his consultant, Mr. Zack Wong, P.E. of Wong Engineers to <br /> proceed with this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report to satisfy the initial <br /> requirements of the EHD. <br /> § 5.5 As referenced above, the Appendices contain the documentation to support the applicable <br /> data and information found in this Report. <br /> 6.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> Chesney Consulting declares that based on the document research, subject property inspection and <br /> the subsurface investigation as described in this report, the findings are true and accurate to the <br /> best of my knowledge, as of January 17, 2007. This was the date of the last inspection of the <br /> property. It is noted that testing for any adverse environmental constituent was not conducted. <br /> The purpose of this report was to exclusively inform the Client and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department of the environmental conditions as they currently exist on and <br /> under the subject property as of the date of the last inspection. This report is not a Phase I <br /> Environmental Site Assessment, and is therefore not to be used by prospective purchasers of the <br /> subject property, in whole or in part, since this report is for the exclusive use of Mr. Tony Noceti, <br /> and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> Chesney Consulting does not assume responsibility for the discovery and elimination of any <br /> environmental hazards that may exist. Compliance with submitted or verbal recommendations <br /> and/or suggestions in no way assures mitigation or elimination of environmental concerns. <br /> No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface <br /> conditions which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources. The subject <br /> property(surface and subsurface), adjacent land or underlying groundwater cannot be represented <br /> free from any and all environmental hazards.
