PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) Driveway and maneuvering areas shall be paved and permanently maintained to provide a <br /> durable dust free surface. All other areas that are used for vehicular traffic shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with a chip seal. Trailers may be parked on aggregate base. <br /> h. SIZE LIMIT: The area used for the home occupation shall not exceed 400 sq. ft. and shall be a <br /> commercial coach. (Development Title Section 9-839.5) <br /> i. BUSINESS VISITORS 1 CLIENTS: Business visitors or clients shall be permitted on the subject <br /> property, provided the number of such visits does not exceed two per day. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-839.5) <br /> j. APPEARANCE: The appearance of the structure shall not be altered nor shall the occupation within <br /> the residence be conducted in a manner which would cause the premises to differ from its residential <br /> character either by the use of colors, materials, construction, lighting, or signs, or by the emission of <br /> sounds, noises, or vibrations. (Development Title Section 9-839.5) <br /> k. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The PG&E lines need to be raised to a minimum of 18 feet. <br /> (2) It will be necessary to obtain a permit for the mobile home. <br /> (3) All buildings and measurements need to be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> I. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code �{ <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> 2.
