BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin <br /> County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans <br /> before submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The PG&E lines need to be raised to a minimum of 18 feet. <br /> (2) It will be necessary to obtain a permit for the mobile home. <br /> (3) All buildings and measurements need to be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> I. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code �{ <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> 2.
