The developer shall modify and maintain the frontage landscaping within a fifteen(15)foot snipe of the <br /> driveways to meet the height limitation of no more than three(3) feet above the street curb at Bozzano <br /> Road.(Development Title Section 9-1020.3 (a)(3)(C)(iii)) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee for this development is not required due to the previous use being more <br /> intensive. <br /> 4. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee for this development is not required due to the previous use being <br /> more intensive. <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the <br /> time of payment. The fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year through the year 2015 <br /> at the rate of 4.55 percent. (Development Title Section 9-818.4 and Resolutions R-91-327, R-94-185 and R- <br /> 97-5) <br /> 6. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 7. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has met the <br /> requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 8. Prepare and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP)meeting the requirements of the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board(SWRCB).Applicant shall file a Notice of Intent(NOI)with the <br /> SWRCB and comply with the State"General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with <br /> Construction Activity".The Waste Discharge Identification Number(WDID),issued by SWRCB, shall be <br /> submitted to Public Works for file. Permit Registration Documents(PRD)shall be filed with the SWRCB. <br /> A copy of the approved SWPPP and all required records,updates, test results and inspection reports shall be <br /> maintained on the construction site and be available for review upon request. <br /> Informational Notes: <br /> (i.) This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito&.Vector Control District <br /> (209-982-4675)and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of mosquitoes. Best <br /> Management Practices(BMP)guidelines for stormwater devices,ponds and wetlands are available. <br /> (ii.) All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time of permit <br /> issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements(Title 9,Chapter 9-1605) <br /> and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23)that are in force at the time of permit <br /> issuance.
