Core sampling was performed at project site to a depth of approximately 60 feet and no ground water was encountered. Site already has existing building so already has potable water on site. Describe any existing drainage courses or eroded areas on or near the project site(e.g.rivers,creeks,swales or drainage ditches): No eroded areas exist except those in the existing drainage basins. Land,Land Use and Biota Describe the site's topography(e.g.land forms,slopes,etc.): Site is primarily flat with the exception of the two 2 existing drainage basins. Site was previously used as a lumber yard therefore already paved and developed. Describe agricultural land that will be lost as a result of the project(type of crops,as,quality of soil,etc.): N/A Describe any wildlife habitat on-site and species that are of may be present: N/A Describe any vegetation on-site by type and extent: Very little vegetation exists on site, vegetation does exists in basins but is not maintained. Basins have weeds & "wild"trees growing in them. Air Quality Describe air pollutants that may result from the project(e.g.construction related dust,vehicle trips per day,fire places,incinerators, etc.): Exhaust fumes from trucks will be the only air pollutants.
