Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> M <br /> A. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to issuance of building permit as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required <br /> and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> i Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> I Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division <br /> prior to occupancy.
