PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The parcel,is located on the north side of-Brandt Road and the east side property line <br /> begins approximately 300 feet west of State Route Hwy. 88. -The 25 acre parcel is presently <br /> undeveloped and-is to:be used:for the proposed D-H:Winn Trucking facility. The proposed initial <br /> construction will occuron-the west side_of the property and will consist aoffice trailer to serve <br /> two (2) employees: Anew septic systerri,.a drainage pond;a water t �and a new water well <br /> - will'also be.constructed. The-initial'development will be used for aggregate recycling and storage. q <br /> At.some later.time,.the D.A.-'Winn-,Trucking'Company will probably move it's current <br /> operation to the east half of the property, The construction plans are novknown at this time but <br /> ` will consist of•using,af separate septic system to serve the needs of the future phase.
