w 9 <br /> t <br /> Development Committee -2- <br /> SA-94-37 <br /> b. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the <br /> County Ordinance Code) <br /> C. A minimum of 17 parking spaces shall be provided, including <br /> 1 space for the Physically handicapped. (2 spaces are <br /> required for every 1, 000 feet of sales building area. 1 <br /> space is required for every 1, 000 square feet of repair or <br /> storage area. . 67 spaces are required for every employee. ) <br /> The size and location of the parking spaces shall be <br /> consistent with the requirements of Chapter 9-1015 of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> d. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall <br /> be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material of <br /> appropriate depth and liquid asphalt, asphalt concrete, or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, <br /> dust free <br /> surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary to <br /> protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> e. If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and <br /> security lighting shall be installed. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1015.5[g] [4] ) <br /> f. A landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate rights-of-way <br /> width of Brandt Rd. and State Route ,88 , shall be installed <br /> across the frontage of the project site, excluding the pond <br /> area, prior to issuance of the certificate of Occupancy. <br /> All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, <br /> walkways, or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> Landscaping shall be water efficient. Areas which are not <br /> part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and <br /> shall be mowed and free of litter. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1020.9 and 9-1020. 6) <br /> g. Trash bins shall be kept in an enclosure with solid walls on <br /> three sides and gated on the fourth side. Details shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1022 .4 [e] [3] ) <br /> h. Outdoor storage is not permitted. The existing outdoor <br /> storage shall be eliminated prior to issuance of a <br /> certificate of occupancy and prior to issuance of a business <br /> license. <br />
