COMMENTS ON <br /> DEVELOPMENTS SA-94-37 <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1• Encroachment permit shall be required for w <br /> Road right-of-way, (Development Title Section within Brandt <br /> 2• The frontage improvement for Brandt Road shall constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of its <br /> be constructed <br /> Specific Plan. The construction of the frontage improvements <br /> Will be deferred upon execution b is <br /> Frontage and Roadwayy the owner of a Deferred <br /> Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Improvement Agreement Secured <br /> a <br /> deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior <br /> a <br /> to approval of the Improvement Plan. A $264. 00 fee currently <br /> is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240. 2 <br /> in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed, recording fee and an <br /> estimate for the required frontage improvements. The estimate <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public <br /> Works Department and submitted to the Public Works Department <br /> for approval. As an option the Department of Public Works <br /> will prepare the drawing and estimate for an additional fee of <br /> $115. 00. (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for any <br /> additional traffic generated by this development. The fee is <br /> due prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. The fee <br /> currently is $631. 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building <br /> as Manufacturing or $164 . 07 per daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Lockeford area.
