The applicant is requesting that the remaining 2, 000 <br /> square feet be used for the, owners personal storage. This site <br /> is located on the northwest corner of Brandt Road and State Route <br /> 12/88, in Lockeford. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments: <br /> I <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment- of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> i <br /> This approval will expire 18 months from the date of approval <br /> unless (3) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary building ,permits have been secured and remain <br /> in force, and (3) all necessary permits from other agencies have ' <br /> been secured and remain in force. i. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance Requirements. Ordinance <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. This approval is for Farm Machinery Sales and Repair in <br /> 8 , 000 square feet of an existing 10, 000 square foot <br /> building. Sales shall be limited to 2 , 000 square feet; <br /> Repair shall be limited to 3 , 000 square feet; and the <br /> remainder of the 8,000 square feet shall be for related <br /> storage. <br /> This approval is also for Personal Storage in the remaining <br /> 2 , 000 square feet of the 10, 000 square foot building. <br />
