Brandt Road <br /> Lockeford,CA 95237 <br /> Gentlemen: <br /> Re: Site Approval Application No. SA-99-99 of Mokelumne Rural Fire District (APN: 051-310-39;.13157 <br /> E.;Brandt Road;Lockeford),, <br /> ACTION: On February 15, 2000, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> SA-99-99 subjectto the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The <br /> 10-day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on February 25, 2000.
