Regional Water Oughly Control Board F� Our office reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks List (LUST) and the Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanups List (SLIC) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) in an attempt to determine if there are any.files present at that agency t which note the unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter(114) mile radius of the subject property. 6 According to the RWQCB Leaking Underground Storage Tank Information System list dated March, 2001, the RWQCB reports that the subject property is not on the database. RWQCB reports that there are no (0)correlations between the database and any addresses within the search radius of the y subject property. Fi, According to the RWQCB SLIC/DOD/DOE(Spills,Leaks,Investigations,and Cleanup Sites/Federal Department of Defense Sites/Federal Department of Energy Sites)list dated March,2001,the subject property does not appear on this list at this time. The RWQCB notes no (0) sites on the SLIC/DOD/DOE list which are within the specified search radius. 1 P 2. San Joaquin Counly Environmental Health Department Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJEHD)to review file information on sites identified in the state and federal records search and to identify any additional sites near the subject property which are not on the state or federal lists. The following lists were reviewed: San Joaquin County Underground Tank Site List (6-29-01) San Joaquin County Site Mitigation - Other Agency Lead (6-29-01) 1 re_su ject property does not appear on either of these lists. - - There were no(0)properties within 114 mile noted on the Underground Storage Tank list and no(0) sites found on the "Other Agency Lead" list. 3. San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County OES in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials releases or spills on the subject 5 t";
