July 16,2001 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE01-330 <br /> 1953 - The subject property is vacant and lies between 90 and 105 feet above mean sea level. The <br /> property to the north of the subject property has a small reservoir close to the property line. There <br /> are five buildings across Jack Tone Rd. to the west. <br /> 1968-Thesubject property is still vacant. The lines of elevation have changed. While the property <br /> f still lies around 100 feet above mean sea level,the topography has shifted noticeably. The reservoir <br /> to the north of the subject property is gone. There are two sewage ponds to the east of the northern <br /> part of the subject property. There are numerous buildings across Jack-Tone Rd.,to the west. There <br /> are two buildings to the south of the subject property, to the south. <br /> 1968 photorevised 1979 with a minor revision in 1993. The reservoir north of the subject property <br /> [it is back to where it was in the 1953 version. The sewage ponds to the east arae. Everything else <br /> in the vicinity is the same. <br /> VI. INTERVIEWS <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> - property from the property owner or key site manager of the property. The objective of the interview <br /> process is to obtain information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> i. <br /> the proposed project site. An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed <br /> by Mr. Edward Pestana, manager of the property, for use by NOA Environmental for this report. <br /> In the Environmental Questionnaire Mr. Edward Pestana states that there are no known <br /> environmental conditions. A copy of the responses have been included in this report as Appendix <br /> D. <br /> 0 VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site <br /> visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix C. <br /> 1-.' <br /> ' The subject property is bounded by E. Brandt Rd. to the south,Jack Tone Rd. in the west,the Bear <br /> Creek to the east and vacant land to the north. The subject property is essentially level and is used <br /> F <br /> as pasture land. There are remnants of irrigation infrastructure on it. There was light household trash <br /> littered along the edges. One tree is lying dead on its side, uprooted; probably from a wind storm. <br /> Trees line the eastern edge of the subject property along the Bear Creek. There are several old <br /> F concrete structures, a water trough, irrigation stand-pipes, and a well. There is an electricity pole <br /> with three transformers on it. The pole had no markings as to whom owned it. The transformers are <br /> old and not in good condition. Overall, the property was in average to good condition. <br /> Fi <br /> F8 <br /> j � <br />
