i <br /> V - <br /> 7. COUNTY PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> a. The developer shall comply with Section 9-1230.2 of the Development Title prior to approval of the Final <br /> Map. <br /> 8. MOKELUMNE FIRE DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. The project shall conform with applicable Uniform Fire Code standards. <br /> b. The project shall conform with applicable National Fire Protection Association standards. <br /> C. The project shall conform with applicable San Joaquin County Fire Sprinkler Ordinances. <br /> d. Fire Department Development Fees shall be paid in accordance with San Joaquin County's Ordinance <br /> and Resolution adopting the fee schedule. <br /> e. The installation of all fire protection equipment shall be in accordance with NFPA 24, and all fire hydrants <br /> shall meet fire department standards. <br /> I <br /> f. All plans shall be checked by the fire department, and plan check fees shall be paid prior to issuance of <br /> any permits. <br /> 9. PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY: <br /> a. Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be dedicated along the perimeter of all streets of the <br /> subdivision. <br /> b. Any existing PG&E facilities affected by the project shall be relocated or placed underground at the <br /> owner's or developer's expense. <br /> I <br /> C. There shall be no buildings,wells, swimming pools, deep rooting trees, or shrubs permitted in the 2040ot- <br /> wide gas line distribution easement that runs contiguous to the rear lots along Brandt Road. <br /> I <br /> 10. CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION: <br /> a. Construct a deceleration lane/right-turn pocket on northbound State Route 12188 at the approach to the <br /> Brandt Road intersection. <br /> b. Construct a left-turn pocket on the westbound Brandt Road approach to the State Route 12188 <br /> intersection. <br /> C. Based on the project's proportionate share, contribute to a fund to signalize the State Route 12/88 and <br /> Brandt Road intersection prior to approval of the Final Map. <br /> d. Prior to filing the Final Map,the developer shall pay to San Joaquin County the developer's proportionate <br /> share of the following improvements (as identified in the Final Environmental Impact Report): <br /> (1) Signalize the intersection of State Route 12188 and Tully Road, and add eastbound and <br /> westbound right-tum lanes. <br /> (2) Signalize the intersection of State Route 12/88 and the Jack Tone Road Bypass intersection, and <br /> add an eastbound through lane. <br /> -6- <br />
