These <br /> mitigation measures are listed below. <br /> Statement of Fact; <br /> The developer has an agreement with the Lodi Unified School District to provide funding for the <br /> construction of the school facilities necessary to serve the students to be generated by the <br /> proposed project. <br /> If. IMPACTS WHICH ARE NOT MITIGATED TO LESS THAN SIGNIFICANT LEVELS <br /> This section identifies thos Impacts which, according to the FEIR, cannot be mitigated to less than <br /> significant levels, despite adoption of the identified mitigations. <br /> A. Significant Impact: Irriyact on oak trees. <br /> Development of the site will result In the loss of oak trees and oak woodland habitat. Sixteen oak <br /> trees would be removed, and the drip lines of at least five others would be encroached into. An <br /> additional 21 to 42 of the.210 oak trees in the area to be residentially developed could be I <br /> affected. All of the recommended mitigation measures in the FEIR have been required in an effort i <br /> to mitigate this impact to the extent practicable. <br /> Findings: <br /> Changes or alterations have been required in, or incorporated into, the project which avoid or <br /> substantially lessen the significant environmental effect as identified in the Final EIR. <br /> Statements of Fact. <br /> The required mitigation measures will significantly reduce the impact of residential development <br /> on the oak trees.
