The applicant has received a will-serve letter from the Lockeford Community <br /> Services District for the provision of public water and sewage disposal. Storm drainage is to be provided <br /> by utilizing a proposed 26-acre lake as a detention pond,with the subsequent release of storm water from <br /> the lake to the adjacent Bear Creek. The developer has submitted a Vesting Tentative Map and has noted <br /> on the face of the map that the subdivision will be recorded in phases with multiple Final Maps. <br /> -10- <br />
