An Environmental impact Report (EIR) was
prepared for the proposed project (including the General Pian Map Amendment, Zone Reclassification,
and Major Subdivision) by the consulting firm of Michael Paoli and Associates under contract to the
County. The EIR addressed the following environmental issues: land use, agricultural and biological
resources, traffic and circulation, air quality, noise, services, law enforcement, fire protection
ote ti Board
and
emergency services, schools, park facilities, and cultural resources.
