A storm drainage study shall be provided for the area bounded <br /> by State Route 12/88 to the north And west, Tully Road to <br /> the northeast and Brandt Road to the south. The study shall <br /> show alternate provisions for storm drainage from the adopted <br /> Master Drainage Plan. The plan shall examine the existing <br /> system, the subdivisions lake system, and any additional <br /> system required to serve the study area. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1135. 2) <br /> 2 (i) A County Service Area shall be formed prior to approval of <br /> the Final Map to provide for the operation, maintenance and <br /> improvement of storm drainage and street lighting facilities. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1100. 5) <br /> C.
