A storm drainage study shall be provided for the area bounded <br /> by State Route 12/88 to the north And west, Tully Road to <br /> the northeast and Brandt Road to the south. The study shall <br /> show alternate provisions for storm drainage from the adopted <br /> Master Drainage Plan.
