The letter also states that there are currently no firm plans for the alignment of the Bypass. The EiR for the project indicated that because there is no proposed alignment and because there are constraints to the widening of State Route 88 through Lockeford, the project will result in cumulative traffic impacts that are considered to be significant and unavoidable.
