Soil Suitability Study. <br /> a PARIGORIS PROPERTY <br /> 16410 East Brandt Road,Lodi,California <br /> �.0. INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> At your request,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)has prepared the enclosed Soil Suitability <br /> Study for the property located at 16410 East Brandt Road,Lodi,`California. The property is situated <br /> on the south side of Brandt Road.adjacentto the east of Persevere Lane, and consists of a 4.85=acre <br /> parcel identified as.County Assessor Number (APN) 053-100-17; the parcel currently are zoned <br /> AG-40, with a rural residential - vacant homesite use code. There are no existing structures on the <br /> property,although a well is currently being constructed ori-site.A location map is included as Figure <br /> 1 and a site.map depicting site features is included as Figure 2. . <br /> The.future plan for the property is to develop the site into a single family residence. The,proposed <br /> development plan has been recorded as San Joaquin County Community Development Department <br /> (SJCCDD) application No.PA-0700004.(Appendix A). <br /> The.purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of soil drainage on the property for future <br /> septic tank discharge. The soil suitability study was conducted within 100-feet of the proposed <br /> location of the new septic system (Figure 2). The work.was performed-under SJCCDD Title <br /> Requirements Section 9=1105.2(d)and as required by the San Joaquin.County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) in their directive letter dated 22 January 2007. <br /> ✓2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property has been used for agriculture and or pasture land.Prior to current use,the property was <br /> dry land. <br /> -3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There are no existing'structures or septic systems on subject property.According to readily available <br /> records and interviews with the property owners,there have been no septic systems installed and no <br /> septic permits issued for this site; therefore there is no septic tank history. <br /> There are adjacent and neighboring, properties in close proximity to the subject property. The . <br /> following information is.provided for nearby properties based upon a record review conducted at <br /> SJCEHD by an AGE representative: <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmentsl,Inc. <br />
