F <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-0600158 <br /> Stabler <br /> Lot Line Adjustment `Application No.; PA-0600}168 was--approved _by the San Joaquin County <br /> 'Community Development Department on August 8,'2006,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise:specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be.complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line.Adjustment. <br /> This approval will 'expire on..February 7, 2008, which. is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line.Adjustment has been'eecorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT"DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Antonio Salcedo, [209]468-8597) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels to result in three parcels <br /> as shown on the plan dated March 15, 2006. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department.
