This is an unmanned facility. This project site will include a switch yard to connect existing transmission lines to the ground mount units. The applicant has requested a surfacing modification. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the north side of Brandt Road, at the terminus of Linn Road, east of Lodi. (APN/Address: 019-140-10/17071 E. Brandt Road, Lodi) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than July 29, 2014. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
