INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one 40 acre parcel, located at <br /> 1'451 Brandt Road, Lodi, CA. The subject parcel number is 019-140-35. The project is 6. 0 <br /> in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> - 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to divide the existing parcel <br /> into a 2.0 acre homesite parcel and a "Designated Remainder" Parcel. In accordance with (/ ,Z)the San Joaquin County Development Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination <br /> Report (SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property for <br /> visual or historical environment contamination based on field observation, interviews with <br /> the owner, and county records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and <br /> APN page). «' <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> _ 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source <br /> of information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owners, Darwin and <br /> Mary Hodges. The owners were interviewed on May 22, 2014. The Hodges have <br /> owned the subject parcel for 10+ years. The land use has not changed under their <br /> ownership. <br /> Presently the property has an exis 'ng-fiomesite ricultural land. The surrounding <br /> properties to the west are used for agricultural purpose . <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION O T AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were <br /> records researched at the San Joaquin Count griculture Commissioners o`fte on <br /> May 23, 2014 (see appendix for results). An onsi survey-was performed on June 3, 2014 <br /> by Mike Toy of Dillon & Murphy. The owner was intrviewe4 on May 22, 2014, by Louie <br /> Mendez of Dillon & Murphy.
