These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> Y - <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> a septic tank system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. <br /> A review fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the <br /> E <br /> Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7 <br /> 3. For Parcel 5 & 6: <br /> a.
