The effective date of approval is <br /> October 16, 1997. ACCESS: The following access requirements apply and shall be shown on the Parcel Map: <br /> (1) A proposed 25-foot wide private easement for access to Parcel 5, along the west side <br /> i of Parcel 6, shall be included in the property descriptions for the required Certificates <br /> i of Compliance. (Development Title Section 9-1150.15) <br /> (2) The following note shall be included with the Certificate of Compliance and also shall <br /> be recorded as a separate instrument: <br /> (3) At the time of development of Parcel 5, the entire length of the private right-of-way <br /> for Parcel 5 shall be constructed and maintained to the standards required by Section <br /> 10.207 of the Uniform Fire Code and applicable San ,Joaquin County Improvement <br /> Standards.
