Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> / Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003); Replace <br /> e inadequate septic tank at the home. <br /> Destroy the pit privy under a sanitation permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> The irrigation well on Parcel #1 must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, <br /> Section 5-4100) as follows: The well discharge pipe must be plumbed over the <br /> top of the standpipe and have twice the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap <br /> from top of the stand pipe, or install San Joaquin County approved backflow <br /> v ves. <br /> Destroy the abandoned pit well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, <br /> Section 5-4207). <br /> A Devision of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 10 <br />
