Provisions: <br /> L The following reports shall be submitted pursuant to Section 13267 of the California <br /> Water Code: <br /> a. By 22 August.2001, the Discharger shall submit a report, prepared by a California <br /> Registered Engineer, which describes the freeboard measurement locations for all <br /> ponds, or a pond location area. The freeboard measurement location shall be <br /> consistent with Discharge Specification B.12. <br /> b. By 21 September 2001, the Discharger shall submit a report describing how the <br /> washwater flow rate is measured. If required, a meter shall be installed by this date. <br /> c. At least 180 days prior to comme <br /> Y P ncement of manufacturing Readymix concrete <br /> using Portland Cement 4 nt or an asphalt plant, the Discharger shall sub <br /> rut a workplan <br /> showing the facility modifications necessary to contain and treat/dispose/recycle all <br /> wastewater from adversely impacting groundwater or surface water and shall clearly <br /> demonstrate how the proposed facilitymodifications will meet compliance with all <br /> Discharge Prohibitions, Specifications, and Limitations of this Order. The report <br /> shall be prepared under the supervision of a California Registered Engineer or <br /> Engineering Geologist. <br /> d_ At least 90 days prior to commencement of manufacturing Readyn.nx concrete using <br /> Portland Cement or an asphalt plant, the Discharger shall submit a report, prepared <br /> by a California Registered Civil Engineer or Engineering Geologist, showing that all <br /> the concrete wastewater facility modifications necessary to protect water quality <br /> have been completed_ <br /> 2. The Discharger shall comply with the Monitoring and Reporting Program No. 5-01-145, <br /> which is a part of this Order, and any revisions thereto as ordered by the Executive <br /> Officer. <br /> 3. The Discharger shall comply with the "Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements <br /> for Waste Discharge Requirements", dated 1 March 1991, which are attached hereto and <br /> by reference a part of this Order. This attachment and its individual paragraphs are <br /> commonly referenced as "Standard Provision(s)." <br />
